For those looking for a scholarship, this could be the choice. According Scholars4Devthe course begins in the fall of 2023. It is called the International Entrance Scholarship.

You can apply for any course in the school and the opportunity is restricted to international students and those not residing in Canada. You must have a minimum of 3.20 GPA to apply. The total amount of the scholarship is $60,000 (N26,130,000) paid in annual installments of $15,000 (N6,532,500).

Another condition is that the scholarship recipient must still maintain no less than 2.60 CGPA out of 24.00 units in a previous semester.

2. University of Toronto

Called on Lester B. Pearson Scholarship at the university, it is given to students who have proven that they have made an impact in their school. Selected students will also receive accommodation and book support.

A condition of this opportunity is that students must be nominated by their local schools. Once the University of Toronto has received the nomination, applicants can move on to further processes online.

3. Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships

The Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarships is for those who are looking for a scholarship for their Ph.D. The opportunity is open to Canadian and foreign citizens.

The purpose of the scholarship is to attract highly learned individuals to the Canadian system. A school in Canada must appoint one. For foreign students willing to apply, they can contact the university under the scholarship program to nominate them.

The scholarship is $150,000 (N65,325,000) with $50,000 (N21,775,000) payable annually for three years.

Meanwhile, Earlier reported that Cornell University, New York, USA has waived IELTS and TOEFL for Nigerians seeking admission for masters in the school.

The university has now updated its list of English language requirements for graduate students and has included Nigeria as an English-speaking country.
